Getting started with QuoteCloud

Real estate templates ready for your brand

Real QuoteCloud templates for property management, leases and property services, plus how to build your listing proposal from them.

QuoteCloud has real templates for real estate work: a property management agreement, a property services contract, house rental lease agreements and contracts, a month-to-month room rental agreement, a lease cancellation agreement and an Airbnb business plan. Open one, add your logo, terms and price tables, and send it for eSignature.

Four documents from a fictional agency's own QuoteCloud template set, behind index tabs that take turns at the front: a listing proposal cover for 14 Linden Crescent, property management options for a landlord, leasing evidence for a commercial vacancy, and a buyers' agent engagement price table. These are sample documents the agency built itself, not templates from the QuoteCloud library.

There's no listing template in the library. Here's how agencies build one

Start from a proposal template, save your agency's sections to the content library once, and every listing proposal is assembled from the same approved blocks.

From a library template to your agency's own

What to do in the first hour of your trial.

  1. Open a template

Choose the closest one: the Property Management Agreement for landlords, the Property Services Template for a proposal with a price table.

  2. Brand it

Add your logo, colours, cover photo and the agency's details, once, for every document made from it.

  3. Add your sections

Comparable sales as a table, method of sale and commission as text, campaign packages in a price table.

  4. Set the money

Optional upgrades, the campaign deposit or fee paid on signing, and Stripe or PayPal connected (Essentials and up).

  5. Check and share

Have the wording checked for where you operate, then save it as a template the whole agency uses.

Documents agencies build themselves

None of these is in the public library. Each is built from a proposal template and your own content, then saved for every agent.

Real estate templates, answered

Is there a listing proposal template?

Not in the public library today. Start from a proposal template and add your comparable sales, method of sale, commission and campaign sections, or send your current listing kit and QuoteCloud converts one template free during your trial on Essentials, Business or Enterprise.

Which real estate templates are in the library?

Seven: the Property Management Agreement Template, the Property Services Template, the House Rental Lease Agreement, the House Rental Lease Contract, the Month to Month Room Rental Agreement Template, the Cancellation of Lease Agreement Template and the Airbnb Business Plan Template. Each opens in the editor, ready for your brand and terms.

Are the lease and management templates valid where I operate?

QuoteCloud does not check templates against any country's or region's requirements. They are starting points to brand and edit. Have the wording checked for where you operate before you use it, or convert the agreement your agency already uses, and keep sending your statutory forms through your usual process.

Can we stop agents editing commission wording?

Yes, on the Business plan. Save the commission section to the content library and lock it: agents can add it to any proposal but cannot change the words. Content locking also suits the note about your agency agreement and any disclaimer your principal has approved.

Can each office or team have its own templates?

Yes. QuoteCloud has teams and custom user roles (Essentials and up), and role permissions decide who can use and edit each content library. A sales team, a property management team and a commercial team can each keep the templates and blocks they send, while the principal keeps control of the shared wording.

How much does template conversion cost?

One template conversion is free during your trial on Essentials, Business or Enterprise. Further conversions are a paid add-on, priced per template; contact QuoteCloud for a quote. Paid plans also include a complimentary 45-minute training session, so your agents learn the template you converted.
